[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#909465: (samba: Upgrade samba fails if winbind is install with default config)

Hai, 
Few steps to see whats happening with some output. 
Below is shown with 4.9.1 *(own package) but it also happens with 4.9.0. ( exact the same. ) 

On a clean new installed debian (stretch) server.
apt-get install samba winbind 
.....
.....
Load smb config files from /etc/samba/smb.conf
Loaded services file OK.
Server role: ROLE_STANDALONE

Done
