[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#863285: [winbind] Install/Updates Fail When Samba Running as samba 4 Domain

We stumbled into this bug during our Jessie to stretch update.

The solution provided in Message #60 worked perfectly.

However, the bug is fixed in samba 2:4.8.0+dfsg-2 but Stretch uses samba
2:4.5.16+dfsg-1, so it's not fixed in Stretch.

I think it should be mentioned in Stretch release note.
