Daniel and Erwan,
While I know it isn't standard Debian practice, please report this kind
of thing upstream to the Samba bugzilla if possible. 
In this case I will note that this is fixed in Samba master and will be
released in Samba 4.20.

(Why any code under 'tests' is being installed onto production systems
is a different matter, probably worthy of a different bug in both
places).
