New sdl-mixer uploaded in experimental

Hello

Thanks to mafm's work (and others, see the copious changelog), a new version 
of sdl-mixer is available in experimental.

Please test at will and report issues to pkg-sdl-maintainer list or BTS.

Once a few minor packaging issues are fixed, we'll upload this package to 
unstable.
