Bug#816125: libsdl1.2debian: Remove DirectFB dependency

Hi Manuel, since this is part of a transition, and I expect it to become RC soon, and Ubuntu already had the patch
(and disabled the support long time ago), I took the liberty to fix and upload on DELAYED/2

the patch is there
