Anybody available to upload a fix for #980253 in libsdl1.2 (patch available)?

Hi,

After some debugging of an annoying keyboard problem in libSDL1.2 where key 
presses are getting lost, I came up with a fix which has been quickly accepted 
upstream.

I therefore opened Debian bug #980253 [1] as well as a merge request in salsa 
[2] to backport the fix to the Debian libsdl1.2 package.

It should be quite easy to include this in a new Debain release of libsdl1.2.

This issue currently affects buster as well as bullseye and unstable. It would 
be great if a fixed version could be uploaded to unstable so it can be 
included in bullseye.
