That's believed to be fixed ("properly" this time, rather than the 
workaround we were previously applying) in 1.2.76 upstream.

sdl12-compat 1.2.76-1 has a Breaks to ensure that 2.32.66+ds-1 migrates 
first, so hopefully there shouldn't be any intermediate state where 
libsdl-perl will regress.
