Dear Maintainer,

I wanted to update the German version of the manpages. Wenn opening the 
po-file frmm

  https://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po4a/de

I found that it has been created to long ago to allow the creation 
of up-to-date localized documentation; see header

Please update (the English part of) this file to allow delivery of
