[Pkg-sugar-devel] source release for Python 3 gwebsockets is available

G'day,

A source release for Python 3 compatible python-gwebsockets is available at
https://github.com/sugarlabs/gwebsockets/tree/python3.
I haven't been able to build a binary package, and packages for
python3-gwebsockets will be needed by Sugar eventually, as it gets ported
to Python 3.
