First of all, you don't have to shout in the subject.

Second, not sure if you have noticed it, but debian-admin does not
maintain the Alioth system.  It it group-maintained by a number of
developers instead.

They prefer to be informed via #alioth on OFTC (or SpamNode, not sure)
or via the bugtracker inside of Alioth.
