[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#386006: Cannot mount -o auto USB filesystems from /etc/fstab

Discovered on cannot mount -o auto USB drives in /etc/fstab,

      /dev/sdb1 /mnt/usb/cf vfat auto,noatime,user,fmask=133,uid=jidanni,gid=jidanni 0 0

as the USB system has not been initialized yet as per the Debian
initscripts order of execution! /var/log/boot says:
mount: /dev/sdb1 is not a valid block device
tmpfs on /tmp type tmpfs (rw)
Mounting local filesystems failed with error code 96.
Will now activate swapfile swap.
Done activating swapfile swap.
