File: etc/init.d/mountdevsubfs.sh at line 36:
domount tmpfs shmfs /dev/shm -onoexec,nosuid,nodev$SHM_OPT

The "noeec" option doesn't make much sense in this context (Debian) since dpkg 
runs some configuration files inside /tmp/, which in many systems is a link to 
/dev/shm. I think it's not a good idea to remove noexec from that line, but 
that's a good one to modify dpkg accordingly. I sent this mail to this address 
since it's probably the one from which informations may be moved easily.
