Thank you for the report.  I am unsure what you expect from this bug
report.  Was the text in the warning unclear?  Did you not find what
you needed when you read

we make the text more clear, or the wiki page easier to understand?

To enable migration on your machine, the dhcdbd need to be purged to
get rid of the init.d script file it left behind, and
'dpkg-reconfigure sysv-rc' must be executed as root to do the
migration when the blocking init.d script is removed.
