[Pkg-tcltk-devel] aolserver4: which depends setting to use?

i just learnt that you uploaded the module packages. great!

now, when checking on the aolserver4 family of packages, there seem to 
be cyclic dependency issues between core and modules:

http://release.debian.org/migration/testing.pl?package=aolserver4

none of them is effectively built due to mutual dependency breaches. 
does this require a binNMU? am i missing sth. here?
