<p>That would be indeed very nice to have an entry in the NEWS file.
In Kali Linux this change have hit our users hard, we had to
temporarily roll back to polkit 126. We'll go back to 127 soon,
but we need a message to inform users that they need to log
out/in, and this message will benefit Debian users as well, it
doesn't need to be Kali specific.</p>
