Bug#887792: [vdradmin-am] Typo in README.Debian

Hah-hah! And a typo in the subject of the bug-report! Sorry, it was
late, yesterday!

Something other that might be of interest: You can't change the config
while vdradmind is running. If you do, vdradmind will overwrite this
change to it's last configuration it was started with. Would be cool if
this could also be mentioned in the text.
