[Pkg-xen-devel] Bug#903494: xen-utils-common: xendomains script not working properly

Package: xen-utils-common
Version: 4.8.3+xsa267+shim4.10.1+xsa267-1+deb9u9
Severity: normal

The xendomains script does not work properly on Xen dom0 shutdown and
reboot.

When restarting or shutting down with XENDOMAINS_RESTORE=false and
XENDOMAINS_SAVE="" the DomUs are destroyed and not shut down properly.
Although the xendomains script works correctly if you stop it manually
with "systemctl stop xendomains.service".

When configuring with saving/hibernating the domUs, the behaviour is
more weird. Every time I change something in an xl.cfg script, I have to
stop and start the xendomains.service at least once manually before
it works correctly.
