Unfortunately, by the time this got through NEW it was superseded by
a 0.12-9 maintainer upload that did not have this change.

I'm putting the severity up because this will have resulted in
builds on buildds that have the g++-5 ABI, but the package name
that ought to have the g++-4.x ABI.

Maintainers: please merge the changes from 0.12-8.1 so that this
does not block the libstdc++ transition. It shouldn't need to
go through NEW again, fortunately, because libsynopsis0.12v5
has been retained (on amd64 only).
