[Python-apps-team] Bug#815761: beets: watchfile needs to be updated to use pypi.debian.net redirector

Dear Maintainer,

The current beets watchfile is using pypi.python.org which is broken for
this use. The patch at [1] switches to the debian redirector
pypi.debian.net.
