Fails to save for some documents with error "Expected object ID (8 0) does not
match actual(7 0); xref table not zero-indexed.

file failed-doc.pdf gives PDF document, version 1.3

It leaves the following syslog entry
pdfshuffler.desktop[11162]: PdfReadWarning: Xref table not zero-indexed. ID
numbers for objects will be corrected. [pdf.py:1736]
