The included qtdemo (/usr/share/doc/python-qt4-doc/examples/demos/qtdemo/qtdemo.py)
is not starting. It gives the error:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./qtdemo.py", line 51, in <module>
    import qtdemo_rc
ImportError: No module named qtdemo_rc
