Dear Maintainer,

Currently bmtk fails to build reproducibly, this is due to sphinx
injecting an alt text into img html tag - which is non deterministic in
nature.

Since this just happens for just two images, removing alt text for these
can easily help mitigate the problem.

The patch for the same is commited into salsa here[1]

This should be ready for upload after bullseye release. I am reporting bug so that
this change is not lost somehow.
