The attached patch fixes this by adjusting the rst2html arguments to use
--no-datestamp instead of --date in doc/mkhtml.py.


This patch does not fix all reproducibility issues in lxml (e.g. build
paths), but with this patch applied, lxml should become reproducible
again on the tests.reproducible-builds.org in the testing suite.
