Hi!

While working on the "reproducible builds" effort [1], we have noticed
that v4l2loopback could not be built reproducibly.
The files inside the v4l2loopback tarball are unsorted.

The attached patch fixes this by telling tar to sort the files by name [2]
(supported since tar 1.28).
