Dear Maintainer,

While working on the “reproducible builds” effort [1], we have noticed
that 'bless' could not be built reproducibly.

The attached patch fixes the SHELL used in the binary package
executables to /bin/sh instead of current one. Once applied, bless can
be built reproducibly in our current experimental framework.
