After some problems and searchings I find a solution to get the
scanner working.<br>
First download and install the file from Canon<br>
<font color="#3333ff">scangaermp2-3.40-1.deb.tar.gz</font><br>
Unpack.<br>
To install open a terminalwindow<br>
sudo<br>
change to the folder where the new files are.<br>
<font color="#3333ff">sudo <b>./</b>install.sh </font><br>
You must have the printer/scanner connected to the USB.<br>
When finished you start the scanner by typing <font
color="#3333ff">scangearmp2</font><br>
