[Soc-coordination] Interim Project Report: OVAL agent for Debian

  Hello all,

  I glad to "talk" with you again about Debian and GSOC. Interim period is
over, and i wand to present some type of report about my introdution to
project.

  At the first some information about created infrastructure:

*a project goal: Adaptation and improvement of OVAL security checking
infastructure for use in Debian systems. This include three main part: OVAL
definition generator, oval-agent and oval-server.
* a wiki pages for project idea[1], schedule[2]
* detailed project proposal [3]
* a project home on alioth:
     * web-page http://oval.alioth.debian.org/
     * subversion repository svn://svn.debian.org/svn/oval/
     * developers maillist oval-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org

  We don't setup any IRC channel because i not sure in utility of them.
  Also some of disscussion about project submitted to OVAL Developers Email
list [4], and you can subscribe to taht list or read it online if you realy
interest in process of accepting our changes upstream.

  Also i try to blogging about my SOC process on

  At the current stage i work on OVAL definition generator and in svn we
have some code drafts of this tool. Also my mentor Javier disscuss wth OVAL
developers about process of acception our changes in OVAL generic
interpretatot to upstream [5] and we receive good feedback from them.

  That's all on this moment, by i think we have more over week or two.
