[Soc-coordination] GSoC Students and Mentors: Now accepting midterm evaluations.

Hi!

This is a friendly reminder that Google Summer of Code midterm
evaluations are now open and will be until 13th July (Friday) 19:00
UTC. Please note that there must be an evaluation on file from *both*
the student and the mentor(s) for a student to be considered as
"pass".

Carol's email outlines the evaluation process in detail but if you
have any other questions, feel free to ask here or in #debian-soc at
irc.oftc.net.
