[Soc-coordination] GSOC 2015 Week 6: Developer Dashboard

This week, I have added following:
1. URL shortening feature using deb.li
2. JSON rest api to use this crefeature.

Fixed Previous bugs :
Stable SQLalchemy code.
Automatic creating Database if not exist.
Database name can be defined in config file.
Fixed the bug in converting dict data type to SQLalchemy TEXT data type and
vice versa.
Backend Database can be changed to any of the following JSON storage,
SQLite, MYSQL without changing the code.

This week todo task:
Building UI for adding data source and downloading iCal file option
