[Soc-coordination] GSoC Mentors and Students: it's mid-term evaluation time!

Hi all,

Just a friendly reminder that the mid-term evaluation period has open. Please
submit your evaluations, it takes 5 minutes (including the time you'll need to
remember your Google account password) and there's really no excuse for putting
it off.

If a mentor is unable to access their account for some reason, we can submit
the evaluation in their stead. Just let us know whether your student should
pass privately at outreach at debian.org. Obviously you should let us know if
there is any issue.
