 Until now, libmongoc-dev was built with OpenSSL 1.0+ just like
syslog-ng; but recently it switched to build with OpenSSL 1.1+.
Currently syslog-ng doesn't build with the newer OpenSSL, but an
upstream patch exists[1] which needs porting.
