[Syslog-ng-maintainers] Changes to xconsole message forwarding in rsyslog

Hi,

in rsyslog I decided to revamp the message forwarding to xconsole to use 
/run/xconsole, as this makes the service hardening easier.
I'm also convinced that /run is a better place for the named pipe than /dev.

Maybe you are interested in following the changes I did in rsyslog 
between 8.2310.0-1 and 8.2310.0-4.
