[3dprinter-general] sfact/skeinforge and power packages to be team maintained

Hello,

I'm maintaining sfact and power package for 3D printer programs. I'd
like to made them under team maintaining. They are already maintained on
git so I think I could start just by pushing them to the team git repos.

sfact/skeinforge

Currently skeinforge package is a dummy package depending on sfact. I
made this transition when skeinforge had not updated for a long time
with several important issues, though skeinforge version 50 has been
released a few days after the transition.

Skeinforge is dying. Sfact fork is not well maintained either. But still
a few 3D printing programs assume skeinforge as a slicer, so it needs to
be maintained for a while. Better to update to skeinforge version 50 or
sfact git version based on it.

power

A tiny python package used by cura. On Linux, this package is just an
interface of /sys/class/power_supply/. I packaged it for cura but had no
enough time to deal with the whole dependencies. (Actually the old cura
was much more complicated than now. I remember it even used pypy to run
skeinforge faster.)

There should be no issue on this package. Needs to update upstream
version 1.2

Thanks,
