unfortunately I have to reject your package.

README.md says something like:
 The [Silk icon set](http://www.famfamfam.com/lab/icons/silk/) used in Slic3r is
 licensed under the _Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License_.
 The author of the Silk icon set is Mark James.
This license is misssing in your debian/copyright.

Please also add the missing licenses of:
  xs/src/polypartition.*
  xs/src/clipper.*
  xs/src/admesh/*
