[3dprinter-general] Change to Slic3r build scripts that probably will impact packaging.

hyperair is already aware of this, but wanted to make sure it was more
generally known.

The perl build scripts for Slic3r now use local::lib internally to dump its
dependencies in a subdir of the source directory. You may need to patch out
its use in the Debian packages.
