[3dprinter-general] Bug#706656: ITP: cura -- Controller for 3D printers

Hi everyone.

All right, I think I'm starting to see the end of the tunnel.
My packaging repos have all been moved to git.debian.org and I just finished
packaging 2.5.0. The results are looking very good.

In the process, another dependency appeared:
https://github.com/Ultimaker/libSavitar
Cura uses this library to load and save 3MF files.
I packaged it in a similar way as libArcus, removing the bundled pugixml and
instead pointing cmake to the Debian-provided package.

Each repository (libarcus, uranium, cura-engine and cura) now contains a
debian-2.5.0 branch you can use to build Cura 2.5.0. libsavitar only had a
branch called 2.5 and no release tag, so I named it debian-2.5 instead.

I still need to sort out a few thinks, but if anybody would like to give it a
shot, go ahead. I'd appreciate any feedback.

Thanks,
Greg
