[3dprinter-general] Bug#862795: printrun: pronterface should use slic3r command instead of skeinforge

Dear Maintainer,

the pronterface package suggests the slic3r package and does not come with
skeinforge, yet the default settings in pronterface call skeinforge.

I suggest correcting the "Settings->External Commands->Slice Command" to be:

"slic3r $s -o $o"

and the "Slicer option command" should be be

"slic3r"

as suggested by "Macros in pronsole and pronterface" at
https://github.com/kliment/Printrun/blob/master/README.md


Otherwise, perhaps suggest the sfact package and fix the Slice Command and
Option paths so they point to the correct sfact skeinforge path.
