[3dprinter-general] Cura 3.0 is released

For reference: This is about these two patches.

I'm pretty sure they won't accept these patches... why would they add
telemetrics in the first place otherwise?

I do think the popup text should be changed, as it wouldn't make sense
otherwise. It won't appear if the plugin is not installed, by the way.

Only one of these patches should be merged, I'll leave it up to discussion if
disabling it or making it opt-in by default is the better choice.

Yeah, and bugs are already trickling in. ;)
Can you upload a new release of libsavitar?
With the symbol file change, it should succeed on the other archs now.
