[3dprinter-general] Bug#881483: libsavitar: Incomplete debian/copyright?

So, I rechecked that part.

The reason why there was no attribution to Kristen Wegner was because of the
wording "Based on". I assumed this part was rewritten by the pugixml author
and he was just giving credit.
Apparently I was wrong - and the Debian libpugixml-dev package that we're
compiling against says otherwise too.

All right.
I rechecked all files manually and with license-reconcile, but there doesn't
seem to be anything else.
