[3dprinter-general] Team migration to Salsa

Very good to see progress here.  I do not consider myself very central
to the 3d-printer team, and am very glad to see someone (else) working
on the migration, as I lack the spare time to make any significant
contribution myself.  Please let me know if there is something concrete
I can do to assist.
