[3dprinter-general] Fwd: Cura 3.2.1 ready for upload

Hi folks,

Cura 3.2.1 is ready for upload.
A sponsor would be appreciated, as pere is currently busy.

I think I fixed the Multi-Arch issue and also some problems with d/rules.
Cura properly asks for permission to send telemetry data now, so #884709
should be fixed. #892849 was a user error, so I'll close that manually.
