Sadly, the patch doesn't say if this was upstreamed or not, and judging from
https://github.com/Ultimaker/CuraEngine/blame/ee6c5ea2ed74c8a885ef5e97a7d2ebf766b60fc3/src/layerPart.cpp#L57
it was not.

I'll try to reproduce this with the latest CuraEngine and report the issue
upstream if it's still there.
