[3dprinter-general] Future of slic3r-prusa

I'm still working on it. Current plan is to keep the source package as
slic3r-prusa, rename the binary package to prusa-slicer, and make the
slic3r-prusa binary package be a transitional package that pulls the
prusa-slicer package in.

I've gotten as far as getting it to compile cleanly but haven't tested it
yet.
