[3dprinter-general] libcharon: cmake vs pybuild

Hi,

does anyone have a clue why libcharon is using pybuild+cmake in salsaci

but pybuild only on the buildds?

The difference is that charon.service is not installed in the 2nd
case. (I'm not sure we want that, but it's weird anyway.)
