buildd doesn't produce source packages?

Hmm... does libcharon even contain any files?

This may be the reason.
linux-libc-dev-5.7.17-1 is from bullseye, while linux-libc-dev-5.8.7-1
is from sid. If they have different debhelper versions, I expect they
will behave differently.
