[3dprinter-general] Review and Upload of Printrun 2.0.0~rc7-1

Dear 3D Printing Team,

I am looking for a sponsor for the latest version of Printrun. It's in
Salsa and it only needs 'dch -r' and tagging [1]. The package builds
fine with gbp in a clean chroot and passes autopkgtest and lintian.
Moreover it passed all CI tests on Salsa. Also, upstream has now
included/updated the copyright information on some files where it was
along with a rewritten d/copyright file. Therefore, I believe the
concerns raised on #939658 [2] are now solved.
