Are you sure about that version?
We're at 4.8 now...

As mentioned earlier, the fix from
https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/pull/7139 will be in the next Cura
release (not 4.8).

And if you just need a workaround for the rendering issue, force Cura to
use the Qt material theme:

QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_STYLE=material cura
