[3dprinter-general] Bug#980870: prusa-slicer: Hidden buttons on un-resizable GUI

Dear Maintainer,

Please see attached screenshot. There should be a 'plus' sign at the
bottom right of the screen. The button is actually there, I am able to
click it. However it is barely visible and I'm unable to resize that
pane. Any other info I can provide to help debug this further please let
me know. Might be something related to my DE and not specifically with
PrusaSlicer.

Also, though even more minor, version shown on title bar says "UNKNOWN"
which I believe wasn't intended?
