Dear Maintainer,

the src package of arduino got after several years of trying an update
to the current most recent version 1.8.13.
This update requires a droping of the old package arduino-core, the
content of this package is now melted into arduino.

Please update the old dependency on 'arduino-core' to 'arduino' so users
can user your package also in the future. Thanks!
