[3dprinter-general] slic3r-prusa migration blocked

Hi,

The automigration of slic3r-prusa to testing is currently blocked due to 
the missing libbgcode-dev dependency on s390x. [1]

It's an endianness issue, and I suspect it won't be fixed soon: [2]

Would it be possible to unblock the migration or disable the build on 
s390x for the time being?
